Maybe I'll start a whole blog here on  technology to address questions like this.  :-)I don't want to hijack this thread, though.  

Knowing your info 100% and not relying on others to give you what you need to know (facts) is rough....there are 100's of "business's" that lie for a living.

I am in love with multifamily i agree with it being to perfect investment the numbers don't lie.  

Semper Fi @Gregory Schwartz,I no lie have @David Greene's book sitting right in front of me and, I was also looking into the Huntsville market after listening to a different BP episode where a fellow servicemen was the guess and mentioned the market there.

They are old school and definitely not technology savvy, but their paperwork seemed thorough and organized.Maybe it should have been a warning signal when they handed over a wad of unmarked keys.

Out lying areas from Austin are still viable, you just have to do your research, but Texas in general still has lots of opportunity.
