I agree, extra beds equals extra revue.Could you leave the roof as is and make it more of a tree house feel, just for kids?

For instance, we are 2 months since approved for the loan and have only cut trees.

Letting a Government run your business is not my cup of tea....Having said that, if you can tolerate the Govt being involved, you can make a lot of money...just play the game.

Shaking the trees for rent is work, trust me.
