This response is VERY over-generalized and obviously from my point of view and my personal opinion, but suffice it to say that renting the homes can be time consuming as well as expensive.

If I need to share a video of my projects, won't Youtube suffice?

I'm wondering if a aggressive google adwords campaign coupled with either of these sites would suffice to bring in consistent leads, weather or not they are quality leads is another thing but at least if you " have a chance" to convert your " need to sell" leads is all any one asks for.......... look forward to the conclusion of your data on these 2 sites.

This assumes you have suffice power at 100 amp service per unit.  

@Israel R.There are several considerations that can go into the analysis of whether you need an LLC or whether a large insurance policy will suffice.

Normal homeowners or even commercial ryders will not suffice.

Or will a full disclosure compilation suffice?

In theory if they wish to provide you with an up-to-date credit and background report from their own platform or search company than that will suffice, they can pay whatever fee and utilize that other company and provide that report to you for consideration.
