Also, you should be focused on constuction lenders who offer best leverage (usually those who will capitalize interest reserve & finance a portion of the soft costs), lower floors on the rate since most banks tie their construction debt pricing to the fed rate, perhaps offer lower or no pre-payment penalty if the property reaches the permanent financing phase of the loan product before you are able to refinance and low or no required depository relationship outside of the actual operating ccount.

I know there's some thought out there that you should cultivate direct relationships with insurance companies or construction companies, but that's tying yourself to one industry when the platforms like Airbnb or Zillow are where a much wider pool of potential tenants are looking.Long-winded rant aside, I bet Atlanta has a great market for MTRs (and probably STRs if the laws allow them).

I mentioned this to another lender and he said this is not the case since it will be my LLC and is therefore still tied to my personal credit.I plan to reconnect with both of them for clarification but wanted to see if anyone on here had experience with a similar situation.Thanks!
