I like to share that we're strict but awesome landlords: renting from us builds the tenant's credit, we have 24/7 maintenance intake, and we hold holiday raffles.- At the open house, have a flyer of the property information including a QR code that brings them to the application.- Have VA follow up the next day with a link to the application and asking if there are any questions.- For any applications received, do a zoom call so you can meet them and ask them to "walk" you around their house while they're on the call so you can see how they keep their house!

Not to mention and i am not certain but I am pretty sure the stim money and unemployment money are tax free.. the 15 an hour you have to pay tax's so there is even a bigger gap in take home pay from being employeed and the current government payouts.

There is no point in taking a full commission, getting taxed on that commission then dumping all of the commission back into that same property.
