Ohio is cheaper but you'll see a higher level of population growth in NC.

It's one thing to have a mishap (insurance lapped and forgot) but having a string of issues shows a level of irresponsibility. 

This is wrong on so many levels, let alone; unethical. 

Then skills, personality, etc. won’t matter as much.
