We do have our retirement accounts, brokerage accounts, HSA accounts, etc… and will continue to invest money into those respective accounts for retirement purposes.With above stated, I would appreciate if  anyone can give me an honest opinion on how to start my journey as in what would be the best operation plan/strategy given my current situation and assumed future plans before partaking.Thanks in advance for anyone replying and assisting in the matter.

To me, that's a simple statement that says the demand is not that high.

This is a pretty simple building actually and I'm not worried about a hundred here or there.

This is a very operator dependent answer.

But it's what my thoughts are and determines how we will operate and spend our money.

We do have plans to add a 'park style' grill, picnic table, maybe a few fire rings to make for more sites, but still aiming to keep it simple and cheap.

In each market I operate in I have someone available for showings this person is usually my runner who is responsible for quality control and restocking inventory but I've also used a cleaner for this.

It was very difficult for us to find a bank to refinance the deal and also difficult for us to procure a buyer for the condos we didn't want.The cap rates typically traded higher than a simple ownership interest.

Or apartment owners unrealistically view EV charging as a revenue source, though the margins are just too thin.On the ground EV charging for multifamily is practical, even in retrofit, it's just not simple as there are so many options and tradeoffs.
