That being said, you can certainly shave a lot of time off of flip, if you know how to properly schedule your teams.  

I also work out in the burbs so shaving some time off the commute was also a factor.

@Reid Sealby Besides the Green Glue I also had good results with the noise-canceling foam material that is recommended for sound studios.

It's mucky and gross, and Tyvek is hot, as I learned doing my own foam insulation.

She will come into the HOA meeting foaming at the mouth.

There are some surrounding communities about 30 minutes away where you can shave about 50k off of that asking price.

This is probably the one area you do not want to shave dollars, and a consult is typically free anyways.
