I am interested in pursuing the legal structure of creating a land trust that owns the investment property and the land trust is within a WY LLC.I have spoken to NCH, but I was wondering if any of you have recommendations of other companies that can help setup this structure for houses outside of WY.Thanks in advance**I am NOT looking for comments on why this is useless, unnecessary etc.

So I am a big believer in keeping up on the systems to make sure they are in top notch shape.

At the time I was having about 10 hours/month of property management I was doing but most of this was 2 hours per week driving around to visit my properties and make sure they were all in good shape and didn’t need any external maintenance.

I'm proud to say that we landed in what I believe to be a better deal: three duplexes from a single seller in a West Michigan location that we are very happy with. 

Not a homeowners or land lord policy.

@Kerry Noble JrI thought trade lands were bought when the owners have no use for them.Therefore transferring their credit to the person who purchased them.

I would bet that the cost of the land is contributing to the $4M cost - although that does still seem high.. but I'm not super familiar with Truckee market. 

Are there concerns like location, zoning or land use, or is it simply about passing the inspection if it's a residential use?

Right now I have the land partitioned into 3 section.
