I feel like a Freshman starting his first semester at Cash Flow University!

I am a cross country athlete in the fall and indoor/outdoor track in the spring semester.

I am studying Marketing at Purdue University and I have about 3 more semesters left.

Deals don't always come at the most opportune moment, however if you find a property days before school starts for example, what is the likelihood of placing tenants that same semester in your experience?

Each subject only lasted a semester and the reason for that was I was starting businesses in the background all the time I was just never following through but something started becoming more and more apparent and that was my passion of (the idea of) real estate investing.
