Please do your due diligence and call reputable property management company and contractors  as a second set of eye.

@Vishwa Mishra I have not bought from PAC but know of the owners and they are reputable in the note space.

I also thought SeaTac had a reputation as being "blue collarish" but it reportedly is right in the middle of Seattle and Tacoma offering great path to progress and easy commute to Seattle (via rapid transit)....Alaska Air's HQ is right next to property and there are massive expansion plans, which looks to be a plus...On the other hand, I cannot help wondereing how many potential tenants want to  next to an airline construction activity and a casino.

Mr Miller had posted videos of him talking to investment groups and for other large reputable companies in the Chicago area.

MY point is you can invest with really good reputable HML in your market make basically all the return they do all the work and they charge the borrower points.. they don't take half your return..

I currently rent out a 2BR/1ba unit for $1,700 in Bayside, a relatively small one, but we're 10 minutes walk to the LIRR which is only 30 minutes to Manhattan, and got a good reputation for schools which is one reason many people chose Bayside.
