Their reports are more expensive so you'll only want to use it on a house where you are sure there is a deal to be had, but the report was extremely detailed and allowed me to find a very transient owner.Just my 2 cents worth, still interested on the opinions of others on this topic.

I don't know the condition of these units, but to bump rents several hundred dollars per month, you will need to spend some real money.Additionally, Home Depot or your plumber don't care what you are getting for rent.

Maybe you should consider selling your SFHs as some have suggested and trying one larger multi family with a full time property manager who will give you month end statements and end of year reports to give to your accountant at tax time.
