As long as appreciation and pricing pushes investors out of Boston to other tenant heavy areas that have job growth or easy access to highways/transport it will likely continue to improve.Very similar to the growth/improvement of Worcester from what Worcester looked like ~10+ years ago.

So the "I can get a seller financed home with zero down", is extremely rare and if you asked the 100,000+ in the public FB group how many have done that, its probably not a large amount. 

@Kai Sato-Franks I agree with most of the commentary here, that Dave Ramsey's advice is for the general public who has high consumer debt and issues controlling it.

I don’t think the cross reference with public records, but maybe that doesn’t match or something?

I can understand how working with the public can at times be frustrating.

If we could land somewhere that we cant afford imagine things like changing kids schools, moving expenses, transportation issues and a thousand other things. 

The Greenville market is strong - high population and job growth - diverse economic base including manufacturing, logistics and transportation, medical and leisure & hospitality.
