Getting into the MLS is key to get exposure to all Agents in the area who has pre-qualified and/or CASH. 

@Trevor Crabtree- thanks ....before seraching to hard- if you need to use  financing - get fully pre approved with a lender ..its  free and  easy  and this will educate you /  organize you and  prepare you . 

If you are an out of town investor then I fear investments in this neighborhood (and those like it, Toledo has several) will result in an overall portfolio with higher-than expected wear-and-tear, lower resident financial stability directly translating to shorter times between re-leasing events, and I am curious how much higher the values can go (From $60k pre-2009 to $8k when I bough and I am now steadily see $60k listings again...even a $90k one!).

Smae work different labor markets.Just like builders today ( myself included) even with pre sales we have a component price addendum..

So what you’re claiming is that Ohio Cashflow creates “false scarcity” because we send generic pre-scheduled marketing emails with properties sold months ago just to showcase examples of what we can offer?
