Recommendations would be greatly appreciated.It would be light property management duties, ie. posting notices from time to time, taking photos here and there, as well as any general items that need to be done locally that would be time sensitive.If anyone knows someone that's local that might be interested please get in touch.

There was a "smoke remediation specialist" sent in a week prior, who came in for about 90 seconds, taking 3 photos of the AC intake unit, air vent and hallway carpet.

Hello BP members,I had a tenant move out on February 28, 2018 and she dumped a LARGE pile of kitty-litter (with cat feces) in a large woodchip garden bed that is attached to the home (we also took photos for evidence).

A little hard to tell from the photo, but if the hill is less than 10' away from the house, I'd probably invest in moving that dirt so you have a clear 10' minimum level walkway around the house.Slabs and Pergo laminate are not my favorite combo, unless there is some sort of proper barrier between them.

If you look at your photo above, and put your hand across the arch (to mimic removing it and shortening the window) the view/light is reduced significantly.
