You're more likely to find a smaller local HML with experience in your state than you are getting a big national outfit like Patch of Land to fund you.

And their title company is always some tiny little outfit on the other side of the country that I've never heard of.

why folks don't start with a license course always astounds me they can get paid to learn instead of paying to learn.. when I was funding 100 plus deals a year in Orlando for the big turn key out fit there.. the deals all came through a licensed wholesaler called Altura .. 

LA based investor ( most were or Bay ARea)  would get with turnkey out fit.2.
