I am both an investor and a licensed realtor in New Orleans.

This area of New Orleans has historically been a little rough, but lots of big investment money coming in quickly and revitalizing the entire area. 

Does anybody know of any others in the New Orleans area? 

I am looking for multifamily properties and bulk single family/duplex/triplexes in New Orleans.

Because I'm a member of the REIA in New Orleans I can attend a 1-day seminar for $20, but I didn't sign up for the 4-day boot camp for about a grand.

The real stories right now are New York, Dallas, Austin and New Orleans. 

Can you provide any insight on buying a cheap lot or tear down property, to put a manufacturer home, customizing it to beautiful:)  I see many for sale New Orleans East, along flooded areas, etc.
