This fits my plan for a couple of reasons, I plan to rent one unit long team and as I travel a fair bit for work I'll Airbnb the second unit when I'm overseas.

The amendment could exacerbate the “lock-in” effect, where current homeowners are disincentivized from selling their homes and purchasing new ones.

I’ve been in the real estate business for almost three years now and have completed five deals: one buy-and-hold long-term rental, one short-term rental, and three fix-and-flip projects, for which I helped raise capital.

Refinance is one way to do it, if you want to avoid getting new debt because cash flow is high look into lease options to buy or executory contracts.

We will probably pivot one or both to be long term rentals.
