Depending on jurisdiction this can be informal process, or an official round table session of sorts.

A cloud can indicate the misspelling of a property's address in a deed conveying title or it can mean the repayment but failure to officially document a mortgage lien.

If you have your license, let them know that you will be using all official broker forms.

I just bought a SFR (for myself,  not for a rental;   I am officially ending my 12 years of living in a unit at one of my investments)   in skyway/upper rainier beach.

Now that the gov't has decided to reopen (for now), I think it's unwise to assume any payments in March... until we hear official communications stating otherwise.

It reads as though the property can not be marketed by anyone other than the official owner, and therefore could not be marketed by a wholesaler, who has both the intent and the means to close on it themselves, prior to closing with the seller.
