Denver is a great market for multifamily - everyone from CA and other states is moving there so take advantage of the momentum.

What may at first like seem small, insignificant wins -- a skirmish here, a skirmish there -- are often what it takes to shift the momentum, and ultimately, turn the tide. 

I will strongly suggest you focus on 1 niche for your first 1 year if you want to gather the momentum you need.Goodluck

I'm kinda stuck in the same phase as you but like I keep hearing in the podcast and live weekly seminars "training" just get a base hit to build momentum.

This is what I want to do for my career and I do not plan on giving up, no matter the length of time it takes me to gain momentum.

Of course the bay suburbia will continue to see solid momentum.

Start by learning all you can get about real estate but al narrow down your focus for faster result as you need some momentum as a new Agent.
