@Ned Carey I don't think you'll find me saying that "wholesaling is illegal" in that context, it is illegal, generally, as the gurus teach it, assigning bogus contracts, And let me further or better define "illegal" as some act that violates statues, regulations, ordinances or governing policies, we may say "illegal" when out of compliance might be more accurate.

Meanwhile the floor is more expensive than marble and exceeds the price of standard construction per foot.  

Hey, I don't really post but I am a Realtor and I have investment property in Marble Falls and Llano.

The marble looking porcelain tile was $1.89 sq ft. 

Last year the bill was 13k, I cant imgine it going down anytime soon.Upon closer insection, I've found that the property has virtually no storage, or built-inssmall rooms for such a large homeawkward kitchen with  kind of a dated color scheme (green marble tile on top of wood counters, yikes!)

When we bought our Brooklyn NY condo 5 years ago, we had sweeping views of the water, statue of Liberty, and all of lower Manhattan. 

I did a marble tile floor with it and then gave it up. 

Shower wall is the full sheet (vs tiles, marble/natural stone which requires custom fabrication).
