Really puts into perspective my strategy given my current situation.I will continue to accumulate capitol and work on my skills/knowledge for when i will embark on my rental real estate journey whether it be here (if i stay longer than anticipated) or when I come back to the US once my contract is completed.

If anyone does have a property in the area, I’d like to connect, I have a seller financing deal currently under contract which I will have to terminate cause I didn’t do the due diligence on the actual section 8 FMR. 5k burned.

My experience shows it cost way more than 5K in marketing per contract and The close ratio is less than 50% due to title issues or a seller changing their mind and/or being difficult ect.I believe it, it was just an example.
