Has anyone been working with Fund that Flip/ Upright lately?

On Friday afternoon and over the weekend I did all my due diligence (visible condition, title letter, city violations, outstanding utilities) and everything is pretty clean.

DSCR rates have been lower than conventional lately and DSCR offers 40 years amortization, 5/6 ARMs, Interest Only to help cash flow.If you have any questions feel free to reach out I enjoy helping and talking REI!

I have seen the sweet spot for ARV in Jax SFH lately have been in the $125k-$175k range.

Good afternoon, It has been hard to find people who are trustworthy in this industry that are in the RV Park Development and/or Investor side of things.

Unfortunately most of the time when I've seen a buyer or seller get in a situation where they want to sue, it's usually too late for them and they just screwed up. 

Seminole for Example has a lot of great traffic and tons of spots to eat, drink, socialize for adults and kids.I know Cape Coral is picking up in terms of STR's with the complettion of the 7 Mile Island and more construction lately.
