You can join a syndication group and help with various roles, such as asset mgmt, underwriting, and you do have capital to invest as wellGood LuckGino

We are in Indy though... we've joined the CIREIA just a couple of weeks ago and are planning to reach out to some apartments that allow arbitrage.

We all joined STR because of the cash flow, so why would anyone choose STR over LTR if it doesn't flow.

In that regard Zapier offers an application called webhooks that has support with Lodgify, however there isn't for Rategain(Channel Manager). so I seeking towards finding ways to join both channel managers to benefit both of two worlds.

My children may never join the military, but my decendents will all have benefits of USAA.  

It was a dream purchase for me and my wife, but after joining Bigger Pockets and all the great folks on here helped my move into the STR game.We ended up with a standard 2nd home mortgage that was almost immediately transferred so we just started listing it on VRBO and AirBNB.

I did not join as some of the members were not the type I wanted to hang with..
