Everyone I talk to says QB is a breeze to learn and very intuitive.

That's what I intuitively thought but couldn't find any official information from my custodian (for obvious reasons :). 

I've learned to trust my intuition as I get older and have more experiences to back it up.

Intuitively speaking, I would think inland areas might push against STRs harder than coastal areas because they tend to be made up more of the bedroom communities where neighbors don’t take kindly to the idea of short term guests looking for a party pad.

My intuition is that the biggest operators are working fully behind the scenes, mainly raising money from Family Offices.

At tax time, I can run a 1099 report to know which vendors I need to file on, and just download my files to a zip drive for my accountant.I have not set up the on-line payment portion, but that is also available from Intuit.

and how does this number or payment equate to a maximum loan amount, just because we know this stuff intuitively doesnt mean the BP public space does.... 

This seems counter-intuitive for vacation destinations but local neighbors and hotels are putting the pressure on to eliminate them. 

Intuit is increasing their presence.
