Interest rates are just one component of the economy and you have many different macro-economic conditions that impact housing such as job market, inflation, debt loads, lending standards etc. 

However overall international tourism went down more than 50% because of the strong dollar and weaker Yen also, a lot more people from the US going to Mexico/Europe because of the affordability.

I've been looking into companies like Unison, Point, and Hometap, but I haven't been able to find a copy of their standard agreements online.Would anyone be willing to share a copy of a standard agreement from one of these companies (or a similar HEI provider)?

Then like all regions, there's always the source of damage from internal water supply (burst pipes, etc).Getting back to the carpet tiles, its official.  

Personally, the way I think about it is if the property is listed on the MLS, then having two agents is usually the standard.

I feel that what your property manager is asking is pretty fair, and a standard practice!
