At the time they were still processing the loss, and didn't want to interact with anyone more than necessary.

Hi folks, first post here but I love the interaction I have been seeing. 

We've been enjoying giving people a great experience on their vacation and interacting with guests (more than we expected).

My interactions with my property manager have been much different from my expectations. 

If you start pumping me for free legal advice, I will probably politely disengage.I hope this helps you find and interact with lawyers.

Overall, from the research I have done and interactions I have had with this particular couple who have been foreclosed on, I am as close to certain that they know they were foreclosed on properly and drawing it out as long as they can.

Airbnb is a bigger time commitment, but I have found interacting with guests is more enjoyable than interacting with tenants.

Point is, as @Brenden Mitchum suggests, you have to go to meetings and interact.
