You could install additional blown-in insulation which won't cost a lot, the reduction of the R Value is both energy saving and helps the AC usage.

One area you will likely be able to reduce costs is with utilities - so check the attic insulation depth, if it's skimpy then blow in another 8 inches or so and rest assured you will cut the usage rates significantly.If you want more details or info/pointers get my number off my profile and call or text.Best of luck to ya Taylor!!

They use a little more water than my triplex that doesn't have laundry, but when you factor in 6 vs. 4 adults I would expect that much water usage anyways.

While our small units can vary $20-30 a month on usage, most of the cost is fixed sewer and garbage.
