The net migration stats are also skewed because there are a lot of foreigners moving to California (net Immigration)  The stats others mentioned are domestic migration (within the US) not accounting for the net immigration from foreign countries.

If an immigrant who came to this country without knowing a word of English can do it, you can too. 

You will probably end up breaking two Federal laws: labor/immigration laws (as he may not be authorized to legally work here) and tax laws.You're unlikely to be caught, but you might, and then you face various risks of extra taxes, penalties etc. 

Hunter, we did that whole immigration visa dance (my wife is from Russia and we lived there for years and years), so huge respect for doing this the right way. 

I do think Obama has issues tho, spending, gun control, immigration, education/healthcare/service... some are economy related (debt) while others are political etc. so there are technically a number of issues facing USA right now.

I don't want to pay for the illegal immigrant who comes into this country and has 14 babies born here and claims it's her "right" to get health care for her babies because they are American citizens, yet she can't pay anything because she's on drugs and can't hold down a job.

They conclude, demogodgically, than people who complain about illegal aliens are AGAINST IMMIGRATION.

If by "welfare consumers" you mean immigrants, they have been an engine for economic growth since our ancestors got here.

So we're constantly getting an influx of immigrants and people at the bottom of economy and the much higher up folks.
