Thankyou @Paul Azad, the relationship between Monday and RSN was described as a joint venture, meaning both groups would be responsible, and actively involved, in asset management and decision making.  

It wasn’t teh flashiest deal, but it’s been rock-solid through rising rates and market swings.

I am only familiar with the contract in my state but items seller agrees to do based on inspection findings are their responsibility unless spelled out differently.
