Just a math problem/dilemma...Moving in can't be done for a few reasons; the home is in a different city 55 miles away, it is occupied with good tenants who have been there for 5 years, and finally being a single guy I don't need to live in a 5 bedroom 3800 square foot house!

I personally went through a period when I had about 6 or 7 vacant properties, mostly because I was busy doing other, more profitable things (and another period when I was dealing with health issues).Just because you come across a vacant property, you don't know why it's vacant.
