Shes a hoarder and the place will need to be cleared out and new flooring, sheet rock and possibly sub flooring if it's as bad as I hear.We don't want to get a mortgage for it because we don't want to hold onto it for long.

You can file a personal lawsuit but then you're squeezing blood from a rock, you might get a settlement but if they don't pay on it, you're stuck.

Right you are @Mark Allen, though I wouldn't recommend planning on appreciation in any market.I've had a few buyers and friends who want to be closer to Austin and get apartments in Georgetown or Round Rock, but every one I've known who has done that regretted it.

Does anyone own any vacation rentals along Gulf Drive in Pinellas county (Indian Shores, Indian Rocks, Redington, Maderia, Ect).

If you have an emergency repair and lack sufficient funds in your SD account you may find yourself between a rock and a hard place.

Already have guys rocking and rolling on rehab and the finish choices are quicker and more obvious.

If you did anything right now, I would probably tear off the rock face and just put sheetrock all around it with a smaller mantel.

I'm thinking of opening a restaurant or possibly grocery store near a freeway entrance along the Wilbur D Mills Freeway, I think it is the 630.  Anyone have experience in this area?
