This is in a prominent place right above a fireplace. as a lesson learned no other tenant will be allowed to have a wall mount for their tvs. so hopefully tenants will  learn that when they do crappy things they will have to deal with the tighter rules.  

They asked me about splitting the cost of installing gas logs in the fireplace.

The second is also a 3/2 that’s been renovated and has an outdoor fireplace about 2 blocks from Tech.

We did a light interior remodel consisting of new light fixtures, a fireplace remodel, Rust-Oleum painted kitchen countertops (can not recommend this enough!)

This house sleeps 12 guests, full of amenities (hot tub, fire pit, fire place, game room, and lots of indoor and outdoor living space), and centrally located in the Poconos.

This 4 bed/3 full bath home features 2 master bedrooms, with upgraded finishes every step of the way including quartz counters to the engineered hardwood floors, two wood burning fireplaces and all new windows.

Less emphasis is put on those features that impress a retail buyer who is easily wowed by vanity touches: the coffee islands, the gas fireplace insets, the hot tub in a cramped bathroom that looks good but that chops off the leg room for the toilet. 

I went and looked at buildings, I loved the building I bought because of the original details: 100yr old original front doors, original marble fireplace with carved figure of woman with owl on her shoulder, etc.
