@Shawn Underwood  I have a lap top yes I use it when I travel in hotel rooms and to watch movies on the airplane when the carrier does not have built in TV's for the movies.. its free now took me a year to figure out how to get it on my lap top LOL.. but no I would never use the phone to look at BP screen is too small I don't even like to text or will respond to text messages ..

Formerly, we used Commissions Inc for the real estate side and we loved the CRM portion (particularly the ability to text (SMS) to clients  from the laptop), but we found it quite expensive and it didn't adapt to our design and consulting sides.

Just jumping into a conference right now but as soon as I can, I’ll get on my laptop and pull all of the data necessary. 

I sent a man and laptop ( they had just come out) into each courthouse to review the plats and the Aerial photogs IE laying one big map over another..

In fact I'm sitting in Starbucks right now using my dad's laptop to do all of my real estate related activities because my computer went kaput a while ago and I couldn't afford my internet bill this month to boot.I'm on the verge of completing an amazing online marketing system based all on SEO and organic searching (can't afford any ppc) so I'm hoping that will turn things around for me.

As for fix/hold strategies, the only lender I've located that provides non-recourse products is North American Savings Bank (http://www.iralending.com/) but I've heard they are very finicky and very slow.

Works great on my desk top but heck my phone is in my pocket and I'm not so fat yet that I can fit my laptop in my pocket.

All this is downloadable and can be put on any laptop, tablet or smartphone.

As soon as I see it's from my google voice number I immediately start making my way to my laptop.
