If you learn how to make money on your laptop, trading REIT's or the other Markets, then you don't have to do more than buy a fixer upper Home and use the Tax rules to Flip it and move the money onto the next houses within 90 days to use it Tax-free.

I personally HATE any windows based laptops/computers.

Meet with them at the coffee shop and bring your laptop. or use another service that wouldn't inconvenience you and the tenant.

It works fine sometimes--right now, in fact, but then the keystrokes in the reply windows start bogging down which tells me it is likely talking to your servers as I am typing, and it can slow to a crawl--so much so that I have to give up and close the browser.This happens on three different laptops.
