Life is such a funny thing sometimes - and I'm right on the opposite side of the fence to some extent here; I'm not necessarily a "big gov't" or "small gov't" guy, but I am a "don't be an unreasonable pain in the *** gov't" guy, and at least in my neck of the woods permitting is a royal PITA for very low value.

In a mobile home park, most of the value is in the underground infrastructure, roads, landscaping, amenities, pools, fencing, pads, utility pedestals, etc, while only a small portion of the value comes from a building, like a clubhouse or laundry facility.

I saw a news story last week that 50% of people currently have trouble making their monthly housing payment.Not saying that you shouldn't raise the rent, but this tenant may not be able to afford it, plain and simple.
