Hi Dustin,     In my opinion, based on your big picture goal, It may be more effective to hold onto it until you meet the bank's eligibility criteria and then sell it while the market is still extremely hot with very low inventory (especially in Worcester!)

The very cheapest way to go is for you to wash the interior of the house. 1) Washing from the celing to the floor, including everything ( such as lighting fixture covers, the surface area above the cabinets, etc) is extremely time consuming and not easy.

You can still find turnkey deals that make sense but you'll need to act quickly because those deals get locked up extremely quickly.
