I purchased the park for $125K, putting 25K down and financing the rest with a local bank.When I put it under contract, there were 15 trailers in the park, each paying monthly while they worked energy and construction jobs in the area.

The purpose of my discussion is to propose my helping hands and additional energy to assist anyone within the state and city/cities with their properties or even company.

I feel overloaded and confused to where to focus my energy.

I see replacing the unit if energy conservation is important to you or you want a better functioning unit in your apartment for future use.

One suggests converting into mini splits for reasons 1. units already wired for electricity heating and lots of work have been done2. mini splits are more energy efficient than current system3. it provides air conditioning in summer which would be attractive to tenantsAnother suggests going back to boiler because electricity is just too expensive.

I feel like if I was in my 20s I'd have a lot more time and a lot more energy and would be willing to take more risks, but now that I'm older, I'm not sure what the best path is going forward.

I'm wondering if anyone has used the HomeSmart Service from Xcel Energy.
