The amount of losses due to the ductwork (central air) or pipes (boiler etc) system are going to directly affect the amount of heat delivered in your different areas/zones. 

All of these potential improvements make it seem like Scranton is heading in the right direction and may actually have nicely appreciating properties in the distant future.

Every system you try will have flaws, or you may salivate over a feature that appears in other software.Some familiar names are mentioned frequently: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend conducting thorough research on each app online to understand their offerings, pricing, etc.

Hi Matthew,I haven’t heard of those specific banks, but I have heard great things about Advanta IRA as a self-directed IRA custodian.

I disagree, I had a time when my name and the name on the insurance didn't match and the lender was all over it, regardless of the on-time payments.Your best bet is to refi into a commercial loan that allows the LLC (if you've already purchased the property), or close directly with a commercial loan / DSCR loan.
