We used to take her dinners and help keep an eye on her, so we have built a small relationship with her family over the last few years.  

Gonna try to make it tomorrow if they are still taking RSVPs , i realize it's a dinner and guests have a cost.

I took weekend trips down, took people out to lunch dinner and the rest is hx.

Who knows they may get tired of doing it or you might want to pay them to keep peace at the holiday dinner table.

Just like I can cook dinner but that doesn't actually make me a "cook", just means I was cooking.Also, I never called you unscrupulous. 

Mixing business and family makes for lousy Thanksgiving dinners and Other holidays.
