Regarding your near goals. 

It's great to have a goal, it's something to strive for.

**Tier 3** - Have an in-depth discussion with your lawyer, CPA, and lender about your goals, and then have an attorney set it up according to your needs.I do not recommend attempting to do it yourself unless you have experience.

The goal is to refinance with equity after a year and then use the FHA to house hack again.
