It's an interesting culture to say the least....

@Chris Clothierall depends on part of town and what culture out of mixed salad you want to try.

Depends on the level of deal we´re talking about here, but with something like that $30k victory you´re celebrating I´d probably buy the bottle of 1988 Rémy-Martín Vintage Premier Cru I´ve wanted for a while, and enjoy that with a 2007 Trinidad Ingénios Edicion Limitada cigar.

It's a function of our culture Allen.  

With that though a bit of culture gets lost along the way.

If you had something repetitive to do they'd be great, and there are some people over there with real skills that will work for peanuts, but there is a culture barrier and time difference.  

I actually have 2 things to celebrate today:1.

After each successful rehab & rental, her, her husband, myself and my wife have a debrief/celebration dinner where we discuss what went well and what we could improve on going forward.  

It isn't exactly a bastion of culture, cuisine, and parks though, which are 3 of the most important factors to me.

The training is comprehensive but even better, the culture is unbelievable.
