Please don't get me wrong, I am pro law enforcement, and anti criminal to the max.

Plus we do criminal background checks. 

I use mysmartmove.com for screening tenants for credit, criminal background. btw, I manage 6 units and work full-time, but I live on-site at my 4plex, and will shortly be passing all these activities to my trusted handyman.

Did you do a criminal check, eviction report, contact past employers?

Not criminally, but you could potentially be civilly liable for allowing a neighborhood nuisance.

I'll never forget the time I had a tenant threatening to sue me for something and while I was in the unit he said to me, "I'm gonna sue your a$$, I know rental law" while holding up a criminal law textbook.

-Put bold information in the ad about easy qualifying for the property ( but of course you want to screen with a criminal background, verify employment, credit, evictions, ect). 

But if somebody gave you a loan, its almost criminal.  

Any conveyances into the corporation like setting in your cars and houses would likely be reversed as fraudulent, and you could face serious criminal sanctions.
