Hello all, interesting conversation.

On a personal note, I enjoy the conversations I have with noteholders who reply to my marketing, and I enjoy being part of the secondary market which supports seller financing. 

#8 is soooooo funny , I thought it was Taylor Swift The rest of the conversation went like this:“I saw your ad with Zsa Zsa Gabor, do I get the 10% discount for mentioning it?”

The conversion rate from a lead to a deal in the wholesaling world is 1% or less. 

Some of the conversations were comical.

Conversely, how does the fact he's managing it on a day to day basis contribute?  

If pressed, I would only offer "we made a business decision", but even that is going to prolong a conversation you would prefer not to even have.  

I just had a conversation with Property Meld, a company that focuses on maintenance.
