That would be the easiest way to use land like this, I suspect.If you are contemplating actually making wine yourself and selling it, I would lean heavily on the relationships you have with other people in the wine business to find out everything you can.

Contemplating a 1031 .

I've got a couple scenario's that I'm contemplating and just wanted to run it by the Biggerpockets community to see if yall have any insights, suggestions on how to proceed. 

It took me a lot of contemplation before realizing that it was the right choice for me and my situation and I wouldn't have done it any other way.

Currently, I am a little cash crunched as I contemplate how to best develop a passive stream of income, but I happened into an unexpected $20, so I want to use this towards getting some education (as opposed to padding the tight budget, which for the near future is going to remain tight.
