Therefore, those with a criminal history are at a higher risk of committing crime than a potential tenant that has a clean history.

We are pretty much committed to flipping properties one at a time for now, but I am interested in upping my marketing game and wholesaling as we go.  

I am now again strongly considering it since I am going to be moving from VA to Miami in March and I feel this would be an opportunity to commit to something different.
