States will require RE instructors to have related experience, in the big picture, for any license sought by that class, if a class for a commercial license is being taught, that instructor will have commercial experience and have knowledge of all other aspects of less demanding areas or RE.Study is required on an ongoing basis, things change in business, if you don't stay current in your industry, you'll end up being a historical expert.
