For these reasons, I'm excited to potentially start my rental income business over there (I know it's a bold move for a first purchase to be international, but I'm doing proper due diligence). 

Sorry if this seems bold,  but from previous experience I need to err on the side of caution. 

At 71 I'm not as bold and adventurous as I once was so I no longer choose to leverage capital/equity @Francis A.

I do not understand why bold is not turning off but when I push the button and turn it off, it turns right back on as soon as I type again :p  Anyone who sells aggressively will sound like a guru at times because they have the same sales mentality many gurus do.Every show, no matter how small of an information biscuit my brain gets, is a life changer for me.
