The truth is there is a very limited amount of cheap condos out there.For example, the cheapest 1 bedrooms (South King County), I have seen earlier this year were in the $40k price range.  

If your out there seeking profits by rehabbing for ridiculously under market prices than your not an investor, your a cheap skate penny pincer trying to slum your way to profits, and while that truth may hurt and you may not like it its still the truth all the same.

Truth be told, I probably won't update this deal diary beyond this post.  

And that is what I am trying to do is to finish the house sell it give him his portion and get mine but when he tells me to take the house and shove it up my *** and that I am trying to screw him over when that is the farthest thing from the truth it is kind of hard.

It would be great if, when sellers say they do not know, they were telling the truth.

The truth is what people are doing is mostly illegal and immoral and unethical  but it really doesn't matter.
