Maybe your offer will be more attractive to others.I'm not poo-pooing your idea, but I am skeptical enough that I won't ask for an analysis of a particular market. 

However, I have a lady that has been in my house for 4 months.

The lady that they have under contract is not happy with the deal at all and has been fighting them for 45 days.

Despite the weather and cold, I have always found it more attractive than the beaches in Florida or California.Unfortunately, I can't handle the politics and will probably never buy anything there.

What is the best way that you have found to attract cash buyers and or obtain investor/cash buyers lists?

And maybe a bigger question i had for the more knowledgeable individuals is: Is the practice of wholesale real estate shady in itself or is it just a lot of the people that it attracts?

This makes it attractive for investment opportunities.

@Jordan Gregg Id agree with @Darren Sager I think Bloomfield is a smart investment just make sure you market your rental to the right clients and make sure that its upgraded to attract that commuter (don't over update though) I bought a SF that Im going to rent spring of 2019.

I am attracted to the stability and passive income potential of buy & hold investments.
