It appears to be that their focus might lean more towards collecting money rather than providing substantial support and outcomes.

It's easier to make new friends in those areas as well since most people that live there are young and relocating to Atlanta. 

Pex is also much easier to install and requires less access.

Here’s my take:1️⃣ Experience: It can definitely make things easier, especially for out-of-state investments.

If they all just follow an easier path and stop spamming on posts or asking for business and focus on adding value only, they will get 5x the business. 

For instance - is he an outward people person, is he friendly, dress appropriately, appear confident, know what he is talking about, and have the charisma to pitch an idea people might not be familiar with where he builds their confidence in doing a deal?  

An app with more features may also cost more.Ease of use: Some net worth trackers may be easier to use than others.

And it appears that the amount of work is not high enough to hire a full time person.Does anyone have some good best-practice or ideas to show how you manage the work load and staffing for similar scenarios?
